Katrina is committed to work with older teens (age 16+), young adults & individuals, to help move through present difficult circumstances to a more secure, confident, calm state of mind and being.
Practice focuses on treatment of those feeling disruption due to mental health, trauma, relationship & adjustment issues.
A felt sense of safety, then insight, personal accountability, problem-solving, perspective-taking & encouragement are large parts of making progress toward change. Humor and discussion of relative current events are woven into sessions.
Katrina includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) elements, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parent Management Training (PMT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Mindfulness, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy in treatment sessions.
Katrina belongs to an international group of mental health and neurodevelopmental professionals with a shared mission to help people become more aware, regulated, and resilient so they can better respond to life’s challenges and live happier and healthier lives.
Katrina provides reflective clinical supervision to current Limited License Master of Social Work professionals.
Katrina is also a Certified School Social Worker Specialist (CSSW-S), with a current interest in consulting and collaborating with local school districts that want to provide true mental health services within their continuum of student services.
As a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience, Amanda is deeply committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their challenges and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, with an approach rooted in empathy, compassion, and a profound respect for each client's unique journey. Amanda firmly believes in the importance of creating a space where clients feel both challenged and supported. While growth often requires stepping outside of one's comfort zone, it is essential to honor the pace at which each individual is ready to process and integrate new insights.
Amanda specializes in the areas of Trauma, Substance Use Disorders, Parenting, Marriage, and Problematic Sexual Behaviors. She has worked with individual’s aged 2 years through adulthood, and is certified as a CAADC and in TF-CBT, PMTO, PTC, and trained in EMDR, CFTSI, PSB-CBT, Trauma Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Amanda offers Individual, Family, and Group treatment.

Amanda is deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey towards healing and growth look forward to connecting.
Amanda's current in-person office hours are on Friday each week. For telehealth clients, availability varies.
My role as a therapist is to create a safe and empathetic environment to explore all the various dynamics that can contribute to these circumstances in life, create awareness and empower clients towards growth based on their values and goals.
My specialty focuses on PTSD, CPTSD, Grief, Anxiety, Depression and Codependence. I use CBT, REBT, Behavioral Activation and an eclectic mix of polyvagal and mindfulness techniques to uncover core beliefs, identify opportunities and calm the nervous system.
My experience with these topics is both professional and personal.
